A Bookanian Announcement!

Greetings one and all and everyone! I have an awesome, stupendous announcement for all of you!

Sew, it's a Quest is coming to audio!

I mean, we're in the eeeeearly stages here, but my current hope/plan is to publish it chapter-by-chapter to YouTube, starting September at the earliest. Why YouTube? Well, basically, I want to offer it to you guys for free 'cause the book itself is free, and this seems the best way to do that. Also, I'm trying to get more subscribers and traffic on my YT channel. Will I be offering my other books on YouTube? Probably not. I thoroughly plan to go with ACX for subsequent books. I'm just doing a bit of a practice run here, honestly.

(So, yes, please subscribe to me. I need the world to follow me.)

And, actually, that's not even the announcement that I came here to make. Here's the real deal:

Hair We Go Again is now available for Preorder!

(Click to purchase)

It's releasing August 5th, alongside four other, awesome retellings of Rapunzel, whose titles we will be revealing on the 18th of this month, in a FB party - click through here!

The reason I'm popping in early to reveal the preorder news is that I'm actually working on putting together a special goodie bag for anyone who preorders the book, including (but not necessarily limited to):

Exclusive Bonus Ending Chapter
Two Exclusive Wallpapers - one for your phone, one for your computer.
Exclusive early access to Sew It's a Quest's audiobook. (So, as I'm recording the chapters, instead of waiting until I'm completely done.)
The first three chapters annotated in PDF.

And all you have to do to get these awesome goodies is to preoder the book and then forward me your receipt at kendraeardnek(at)gmail(dot)com. It's that easy.

Lookit the Pretty New Covers!

So, um, I'm actually late with this. I forgot when this post was supposed to go up, and my brain clocked out over the weekend. It was a frustrating weekend. My boss needs to stop scheduling me to work my full three days in the space of two days. Aaaaanywho.

So, some of you have heard me rave over the Time Captives trilogy by Morgan Elizabeth Huneke. One of the most unique portal fantasies that I've read, I absolutely love these little books ... except that their covers were a little a little ... underwhelming. So, when Morgan told me that she was redoing the covers, I was freakin' excited. Honestly, I can't wait to get copies of THESE books to put on my shelf.

But first, let me remind you what the original covers WERE.

See? As I said, not bad, but leaving muuuuch to be desired. So what are they now?

Yes, I'm drawing this out unnecessarily long for being late.

Oh, and Morgan wants me to share the series description:

In a perilous quest that spans two worlds, four siblings must team up with their long-lost ancestors and a rebellious slave to deliver an enslaved people from the cruel strytes who invaded their land.

Dun dun duuuuuuun.

You can see the covers now:

Eep!! Eeep!

All the pretties!

*dies*

So, yes, in short, these new covers are awesome, and I can't wait to have physical copies lined up on my shelves.

And, if you're interested in a giveaway, do click over to Morgan's blog and shower her with your excitement for these new covers.
